On September 12, 2011 the Eastern Shore Choral Society (ESCS) began its 20th year of choral arts performance,
service and advocacy in Baldwin County. We learn, practice and perform a wide range of masterworks and secular music
in concerts, sing-a-longs and small group performances in the area. Ticket proceeds and donations help us to support
young singers through vocal competitions which award scholarships for vocal training or camps to the winner, and to make much-needed
financial contributions to the choral programs of Baldwin County middle and high schools.
We invite all who love to sing or appreciate the choral
arts to join us at in our upcoming holiday events: Thursday, November 17th Singing as part of the City of Fairhope's Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony - 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of S. Section and Fairhope Avenue in downtown Fairhope; Thursday, December 8th Our free and participatory annual Messiah Sing at 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 8th, at Trinity Presbyterian in Fairhope; Saturday, December 17th Two performances of What Sweeter Music - ESCS's 20th Anniversary 2011 Christmas Concert - 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. - at Fairhope United Methodist Church.
